This is such a comfortable couch and the right size for my smaller apartment. It’s comfortable to sit on and supportive, which is what I was looking for, it does not get squichy but still very soft. The color is great and the pillows that come with the couch are very soft and comfortable to sit back on. This does take two people to assemble but was very manageable and worth it.. Anonymous. I love the final look of this couch! The seat cushions are very supportive, the perfect mix of firm and soft. All of the pictured covers are removable and machine washable, except the bottom half of the back rest that is zipped. It’s a part of a piece that must be spot cleaned. Only complaint - didn’t realize the seat cushions for the back rest were packaged in the armrest. One person can assemble this in roughly 2 hours.. Anonymous. Fri Oct 09 2026

So, everything in the photo is from Wayfair and I’ve received tons of compliments on the look. The couch is nice however I would say the back cushions aren’t as full as the picture nor as they should be. I am satisfied with all the products and the way everything turned out.. Ebonee. Sink into comfort with this reclining sofa, thoughtfully designed for relaxation and everyday practicality. Upholstered in soft, stain-resistant microfiber, it features overstuffed cushions, flared arms, and a wide cushioned back for full-body support. The 83" width easily seats three, while the manual reclining mechanism lets you kick back with ease—no outlets required. Its contemporary lines and neutral tones make it a seamless fit for a range of interiors, while easy-care upholstery makes it a smart pick for busy households.

Update after one year the reclining mechanism broke on one side so it cannot be reclined. The thin underside fabric that holds the stuffing in place has ripped on the other side. There’s not a proper way to reattach the fabric to hold the stuffing. I’ll be surprised if it lasts another year. A really great reclining sofa. The micro suede fabric is comfortable and looks nice. As a heads up for some people using micro suede for the first time, you should not use spray on deodorizer. Make sure you look up ways to clean a micro suede sofa. As other people have mentioned, the armrests are a little bit low, but not terrible. I think they’re a great position for when leaning off to the side, a little bit or even laying down across the sofa. The reclining handle is responsive and not hard to pull. The actual reclining feature is wonderful. There’s just enough resistance in the leg lift so that you don’t have to push too hard to make it go down or lift your legs up to make it go up. The center seat is also very comfortable. I have no complaints whatsoever about this sofa on day one In my photo, I have added a white and a purple PlayStation five controller for color reference. There is a slight green tint to the sofa when viewed with LED lightbulbs. But in natural sunlight, it does have a true grayish color. The photo is a color accurate representation of how my eyes see The colors.. Jay Williams. St Petersburg, FL. Sun Jul 19 2026

I ordered the Cloud Couch for our new home and I am obsessed!! We’ve been using it for ~3 weeks now and we love it! The couch is low seating, but we knew that going in and we don’t mind it at all. It’s very comfortable.. perfect for naps. We love being able to comfortably fit multiple people, and being able to move the ottoman is great when you need extra seating or more leg room. Building the couch took about an hour, and the cushion covers were easy to put on. The ottoman is the perfect space to store blankets when we’re not using them. We are loving this couch so far!.
