These four outside bar stools arrived in fine shape and on time. All the pieces were clearly marked. Everything was included with a few extra screws and bolts. The chairseat part comes fully assembled and the robe woven is very comfortable and nice looking. The base is the part that can use two people to assemble. When we ordered the 4 chairs, the site stated only 4 was available and after ordering them, the site then said there were 2 more available After a week of waiting for the 4 chairs, we finally received a notification that they were delayed and to expect arrival in October, a 4-month wait. I'll admit that the instructions threw me for a bit of a loop and I managed to orient one piece incorrectly which resulted in my belief I'd received 2 chairs of differing height. After establishing - on my own - that the mistake had been entirely on me, I corrected the orientation and now have 2 chairs which are the same height. I will add that the supplied wrenches are not up to the task of properly tightening all of the larger bolt/nut combinations. Instead, I recommend using 2 adjustable crescent wrenches. The jury is still out on whether or not it'll be safe to leave these chairs outside during a monsoon storm. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase.. David. Scottsdale, AZ. Sat Aug 15 2026
