Love this gazebo so far! My husband I put this together in about 11 hours. I will say that there were some parts that were mislabeled and a couple of pieces that were missing the pilot holes. But, overall the assembly wasn’t nearly as bad as I imagined.. Carly. Mon Aug 17 2026

Crafted from durable spruce wood, this gazebo adds natural charm and stability to your outdoor space. The double-roof design improves airflow and helps prevent water buildup, while salt spray–tested hardware enhances durability. Mesh netting provides insect protection and ventilation, and a built-in USB light strip creates a warm evening ambiance. Perfect for relaxing or entertaining outdoors. Assembly takes 3–4 people about 4 hours.

Great product we purchased the 12x20 said you will need 6 people for 14 hours, I did it in 16 hours by myself the only part I needed a quick hand with was putting up the 4 posts once I had those up I was off to the races directions were very clear few confusing parts but nothing that wasn't fixable, its sturdy and well built all screws lined up with pre tapped holes and it looks great at the campground, 3 hours after completing it we got a thunderstorm with heavy winds, we stayed dry under there, I was 100% leary of it coming from wayfair but I am impressed with it anyone complaining about it should just hire someone to build it because no issues seeing i did 98% of the building of it myself.. I’m not sure we could be happier with our gazebo. After spending time budgeting and planning a build-from-scratch project, this became clear to us that it was more affordable and frankly better looking. We love the size of the posts and the look of the metal roof. We are looking to add lights and fan(s) in the near future. Ours is a 15x13. We would consider ourselves very handy with tools and construction. It took four of us (two in our twenties and two in our forties) a three day weekend to put this together. The hardest part was the height of the roof and the reach needed to attach some screws. None of the work is challenging. It just requires some basic construction skills and teamwork (patience).. Nice looking and sturdy gazebo. Took me about 7 hours with no help, but 2 ladders came in handy. Wood seems soft and marks or dents easy. A couple of bolt holes were offset and in one of the front black from cross brackets, there was no hole at all. Otherwise, we love it overall.. Art. Oceanside, CA. Sat Oct 10 2026

Durable Galvanized Steel Hardtop: This hardtop gazebo features a rust-proof metal roof. It easily handles heavy snow and strong wind, offering robust defense against the elements for your patio.

Very nice gazebo . It’s a perfect fit on our back deck . Was easy to put together. I will recommend Purple Leaf to everyone I know .. Ralph. Albany, NY. Wed Aug 12 2026

The outdoor galvanized iron roofed gazebos have strong, durable, non-corrosive roofs that are waterproof, sunshade and UV resistant. The cedar wood frame is rust resistant and assembles effortlessly. Perfect for poolside parties, family barbecues, backyard grills, and patio picnics. Our heavy duty gazebo creates a new place for cool shade and comfortable outdoor space for you and your family. You can set it up in front of a store, pool or house without a roof as an outdoor sun protection.

Photos shared are in progress, not complete. Overall this seems to be a great gazebo that should last a good amount of years and provide shelter from the elements, shade and a great outdoor living space for my family. The package came in 6 large boxes and we decided to tackle installation ourselves. As a working family, it took us 2 full weekends to complete the install. It was NOT easy, however, the kit came with every single correct part, cut to the right size, with plenty of hardware..but man was it tough in a few places! Mostly tedious, but definitely challenging for two healthy adults. Beyond the tediousness of assembly, the worst part about the entire experience was the shrink wrapped plastic coating that was applied to each metal roof panel. Why in the world was this done! We had to peel each individual metal sheet to remove the shrink wrapped layer that the Colorado sun would bake and flake off in less than a season and this added hours of unexpected assembly time and was an infuriating process! Otherwise my only feedback or warning is that the instruction manual has no written instructions, only pictures and symbols to work you through 18 steps with hundreds of parts. That made it challenging in a few places. Otherwise a heads up that you’ll be putting the entire thing together with an Allen wrench but I’d recommend having a drill with a hex bit and a socket wrench. A ladder is a must. Would recommend as a nice back yard gazebo, but with knowledge that it likely won’t last forever. Overall happy with our purchase!. Bria. CO. Mon Oct 12 2026

Enjoy your backyard in every season with this aluminum composite hardtop gazebo. It is great. I just had a problrm with it. I rolled it up over the summer and in one corner wasps made hives and now it is ruined. Can I get new curtains? this year I will roll it up and unroll it every few weeks to make sure it does not happen again.. Malkie. Spring Valley, NY. Mon Oct 26 2026

The pergola would have been perfect if the roller shades had not been damaged. One was cut and one would not retract. They are sending me new shades but I am stuck paying extra money for the installer to come back and put them up once they are recycled.. Anonymous. Thu Oct 29 2026

We are very happy with our Backyard Discovery Beaumont 14x12 pergola! The only negative would be the time it took to arrive, which was about six weeks. Otherwise, it is very well made and looks beautiful. You need at least three people to put together. Fortunately, we had four grown men who are in construction for a living so it was pretty painless, but it did take about three hours.. Amy. West Richland, WA. Sun Jun 14 2026

This review is only based on the gazebo and not the company that took 5 weeks to sent me replacement parts.
