I love the quality - it's very hard now to find cotton bathmats that don't have rubber on the back - although I wish both sides were knotted. One side is tufted, which gets smashed down when wet. Apparently, that's supposed to be the "right" side and my other complaint is that the labels were sewn into the edge of the knotted side, which I use most often.
