The hardware/the nuts and bolts packet could’ve been identified a little bit easier comparative to the instruction sheet, the fire box itself two of the corners were bent quite a bit, and I had to mechanically re-straighten them out so that parts that needed to be attached to it could be in the holes would lineup properly. I did not want to drill new holes because I thought whatever guarantee I would have perhaps would be nullified and I sure didn’t want to go through the house of shipping it back. When it arrived, I was a little taken aback. I wasn't expecting to open the box and find so many individual parts. Everything was disassembled. It took me about 4 hours to put together. I remember wondering if I made the right purchase. However, once it was assembled, my opinion completely changed. The grill is sturdy and has been a great addition. Let me tell you this exceeded my expectations this is a really nice grill !!! I love the cutting board the cooking space is very spacious and it’s really nice . The only downside I found was the build time it took a bit a lot of pieces but other than that this is a great grill I knocked a star off for that one reason only but I would take the time to build this again as it is a nice grill. Overall, product is great! Love the design of the grill, however the quality can use improvement. This is the sole reason why we are giving 4 Stars. The product is super sensitive, immediately after opening product, had a few pieces shuffle around and right after big scratches were made on the product. Also, on the very first try of burning wood, the paint started to peel off on the right side part of the grill where we apply wood. They can definitely work on making these grill more durable.. Jose.
