The sofa was delivered at the entrance of the apartment building. Thank God for the nice man who knocked on my door and helped me lug it upstairs. Luckily a younger man helped us up three flights of stairs. It is a very heavy sofa. Actually shocked at how heavy. My friend helped me assemble it super hard to get the slipcovers on but love it. Firm which is shocking since I have had down filled furniture before but so far love the couch and it’s pretty. Would’ve got the blue couch but wasn’t sure if it would go with the rug.. Deborah. Positively IN LOVE with these sofas! Firm enough for me, soft enough for my husband. I’ve sat on countless sofas at furniture stores and immediately popped up with a “Nope!” So naturally I was nervous at 2k a pop, no cancels or returns and a front door that wasn’t quite 36” wide as needed per the delivery specs. They had the look I wanted which no local store seemed to carry, totally washable which is a must with large dogs so I took a chance- and oh am I glad I did. They took a few weeks to arrive but came earlier than expected. Delivery was easy- the guys were fantastic. I haven’t tried the sleepers- they’ll serve their need eventually.
