I am very disappointed with this purchase. First of all, the delivery was delayed, and there was no notification or communication about it. When the credenza finally arrived, it looked nothing like the product shown on the website. The color is noticeably different, and the material feels cheap and low-quality. Electric liftable office writing table, suitable for home and commercial use

I really like this desk. I think its great. However, I only recommended it for those ready for the technical and physical challenges and have the skills, time, and patience for assembling things like this. The instructions describe the general order of assembly and are insufficient on certain details. It comes in five boxes, so be sure to do a complete inventory before starting. I spent more than 24 hours (with break times) for unpacking, inventory, and assembly, including getting the drawers and doors operating smoothly to running, wrapping, and placement of power, video, and data cables so that they are just right. You will need someone who can crawl under the desk to complete assembly. Wayfare only offers the convenience of delivery to the room of choice for this product. They need to add an option for the removal from packaging and setup and assembly too. I would have been willing to pay more for that option had it been available. No assembly required is misleading.. Ordered 2 at once. One arrived from New Jersey (?) in perfect condition, but the second shipped from TX never arrived. Customer service has been perfectly helpful for all FIVE (?) calls. A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina. I have been looking for an office desk for quite some time and I was so incredibly happy to have ordered this one and it did not disappoint. It has a lot of surface area for not only a laptop monitors keyboard mouse, but it has a lot of workspace.
