Very soft leather. I mean very soft. The sleeve is too small to fit most mail so I’m trying to figure out how to use it differently. Very beautiful color. Our favorite is the catch all tray. We use it for sunglasses as we head out the door. And the basket hold our keys. No longer have to look frantically around the house with my husband for his keys. This is working great for us.
