I’m really happy with how easy this swivel faux leather chair was to put together. The assembly was straightforward, the instructions were easy to follow, and I had it assembled without much effort. The chair feels sturdy and well-made, and it looks more expensive than I expected for the price. The size is also great for adding extra seating without taking up a huge amount of space. My only real complaint is the cushioning. The seat is quite firm—actually harder than I was expecting—and it could definitely use some additional padding. It’s comfortable for shorter periods of sitting, but I wouldn’t consider it the most comfortable chair for lounging or sitting for several hours at a time. I’m sick of hard chairs. I wanted something comfy and padded and swively so people would stay at the table instead of migrating to softer furniture with food and for playing board games. Yet, I wanted a wipeable surface because…kids. I *almost* got what I was looking for with these chairs. They look nice and modern, they swivel well (some get a bit loose), and they are comfortable. The two cons that I have are 1) I wish the angle of the chair was a little more upright and 2) my niece spilled a drink and it seeped down to the padding because of the holes where the stitching makes “stripes”, so they definitely aren’t waterproof which makes me sad.
