I absolutely love this fountain. The only minor issue was the internal pipe for the power cable; it was a bit short, which limited the water level and made the pump sound a little loud. I easily swapped it out for a longer piece of standard PVC pipe, which allowed for a higher water level and a much quieter operation. The perfect addition to our deck to make a peaceful little water oasis. Since the planter on the side and top dont have drainage holes, I opted to add my own little potted plants set inside. I love that it is solar powered and you can charge it back up with a little phone power bank or USB plug. Love this fountain! Could use better instructions so I’m adding a few tips about installation 1. Only one cord comes out of the bottom (drawing showed 2) 2. Warm plastic tube w a hair dryer to soften it for insertion 3. There is a (mostly) round plastic cap that should be placed over the reservoir tube (once you’ve snaked the power cord thru) to protect the plug from water. 4. Would recommend putting fountain together indoors. It’s tricky. Also, it weighs 40 pounds without water, so don’t add water til you get it outside and are ready to go. 5. I used clear postal tape to strap the top to the reservoir to keep it secure while moving it out of the house. 6. The cord is about 6’ long but runs the length of the base, leaving 3-4’. Plan accordingly. I placed my unit in front of a window so I could snake the cord under the window and plug it in inside (used an extension cord). 7. I added 2 copper disks to reduce algae build-up..
