Inspect table and chairs carefully asap. Mine came with multiple cracks in various pieces. Box came all taped up. Dining set is pretty. Not what I thought I was ordering. Seems cheaply made. Seats are compact so you can sit closer to the table while eating. Feels like plastic finishing even when it says wood. Quality and color of seats are more yellowish than cream and seems to be able to show dirt or stain if you spill something. Top is cut up into small wood and not a solid surface. It’s a very nice set. However, I regret not having purchased the version of it with the chairs just wood, without the upholstery. I had assumed that in the future the fabric on the chairs could be replaced. However, the professional who assembled it let me know that in this particular furniture it’s not possible to replace the fabric upholstery on the chairs. So, once they get dirty or old, that’s it. I think, it should be mentioned in the online description that the fabric on the chairs cannot be replaced. Also, the professional assembly fee for the set was quite expensive. (It didn’t take the professional so long to do it. I think, the assembly fee listed for it was not assessed appropriately.) In addition, the fabric on the chairs are a bit shiny looking. The table and chairs are made out of very solid material. Being an online purchase, I was expecting something more like particle board or something like that. Not so. I'm very happy with the quality of the table and chairs so far (2 weeks). The only thing that was a surprise was the color. If you want the medium brown in the Wayfair photos online, you need to buy something else. The color of this set is a dark chocolate brown, not medium brown. The color works for me so I have no complaints, but be warned the color online is much lighter than what will arrive at your home via FedEx. One last thing...I did have to get three new chair backs because of discoloration and scratches. But Wayfair was great...they sent them out immediately and everything was put together.
