Only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because there was a small pull of the fabric on one of the arms and the buttons are a bit deceiving in that there are 2 buttons where one button reclines back and the other forward.. so a bit unnecessary to have 2 but it’s not a game changer.. Then you have a choice of raising the headrest up while just sitting in it, or raise the head rest up and recline. Beautiful recliner. I love the look and the glow from the nightlight underneath is perfect for middle of the night feedings. The power recline is great. It is not the more ergonomic especially is you are on the more petite side, it’s hard for me to be all the way with my back against the back and to be able to use my feet to rock as I am lifted too high. The chair is comfortable and silent as advertised. So easy to put together. Unfortunately the packing was not strongsturdy enough for the weight of the chair and it arrived damaged with the box destroyed. The arm pulled away from the base. It’s a heavy piece and there was no reinforcement of the box. Thankfully it looks fixable and we have the tools and skills to fix it. Do to the destruction of the box and heft of the chair we do not want to deal with a return. We also received this item for free for our honest review. Minus a star for not packing in a sturdy box..
