Paul Laoria Artist

Gauguin's paintbrush expresses his rich inner vision, here moving the eye lazily over the contours of the girl's body and lingering over the colors and shapes of his dreamlike images. Chosen as one of the most romantic artworks in a recent Art Fund poll, this painting reflects Gauguin's rejection of Bourgeoisie Parisian society for the mystery of his adopted home on the island of Tahiti. The authentic stretched canvas replica captures the original painting's texture, depth of color, and even its brushstrokes, which are applied by hand. It is surrounded by an imported, antique gold-toned, delicately sculpted 4" wide designer resin frame with a leaf motif. Proudly printed and framed in the USA using imported molding.

I love it so much !!! Very cheerful colors I’m going to order another!. Hicks. Cambria, CA. Mon Aug 24 2026

Giclee (jee-clay) is an advanced printmaking process for creating high-quality fine art reproductions. The attainable excellence that giclee printmaking affords makes the reproduction virtually indistinguishable from the original piece. The result is wide acceptance of giclee by galleries, museums, and private collectors. Gallery wrap is a method of stretching an artist's canvas so that the canvas wraps around the sides and is secured with a hidden, wooden frame. This method of stretching and preparing a canvas allows for a frameless presentation of the finished artwork.

This is a very nice print on canvas. The canvas came already stretched/mounted on a wooden frame. The piece is exactly as show. It looks awesome with our "West Indes" guest room decor. Super happy with it!. Russ. Naples, FL. Wed Jul 23 2014
