Love it! Very nice looking. Put two into our office, each with 3 led bulbs 100 w equivalents. Flush mount lights can be really annoying to install because there is so little space to align the mounting screws with the holes in the fixture. We solved problem by using longer screws than supplied, and enlarging the holes in the fixture. Since the glass globe covers the screws and nuts and washers, this change in undetectable.. Geoffrey.
