The sofa frame and tables are UV and weather resistant so shouldn't fade. The cushions are splash proof (so if any spills occur, pick up the cushion and give it a firm pat on the underside to encourage the droplets to roll off). However, the cushions should not be left outside or in damp conditions. Store them somewhere warm and dry. Lots of seating! I would have given this 5 stars, but I was very disappointed in the color of the cushions. I ordered “beige” cushions, but they are a VERY light cream, almost a butter yellow. Also, it took quite a while to assemble - several hours a day for a few days. One box had the hardware not labeled correctly, so that added to the assembly time.
