This came in a well organized package and with clear instructions. There were a couple issues, but Wayfair and the manufacturer made them right. I paid someone to put it together because I needed modifications to make it fit. We had to raise it up a lot due to the height of my slider and cut to go around trim. The Solarium is wonderful. Took us two weekends to put together. We were not in a rush. Instructions were well written and easy to follow. I love this gazebo! Got the 12’ by 14’ and smaller would be too small! Insulated with the windows that look like real windows, they’re not vinyl like I thought. The instructions were not the most user-friendly, but since I’m quite handy with assembling things, I managed to comprehend most of the directions. My two kitties love their new space! We have two 9 months old kitties that we rescued when they were 3 12 weeks old. They are indoor cats but we wanted to give them a safe sanctuary when are not home. I put the structure together myself and it probably would have gone quicker if I had help but I took my time and the instructions were easy enough to follow. The wood is strong enough for indoor but I don’t think it would last long outside in the elements. I didn’t use the roofing material that came with it since I have it inside the house. Well it is somewhat disappointing. Super hot from the sun. But the install they Wayfair is questionable at best. Although the guys were really nice they didn’t even use the correct screwsetc. See photos. The end piece fell off the next day and the trim is falling off, the ceiling isn’t even screwed in in places, scres are just missing in the entry area, the screen is defective seems to have been doubled back on itself and n entire row is missing..
