These came compact and rolled up. They expanded very quickly even though it did say it could take up to 24 hours. The covers were separate and went on easily. I bought an outdoor couch with light grey cushions on Wayfair a couple years ago. The color was boring and they weren’t that comfortable. I found these in dark blue and the price was really good.
