The rocking chairs arrived quickly and damage free. Assembly was quick and easy. It took about 30 minutes to put both chairs together. These chairs are nice. I put them together myself. Easy set up and instructions were helpful. All the pieces fit, nothing missing and all the holes aligned. I like the cushion option vs fabric chairs where they warp and tear. Fabric replacement is a job. This way, you just replace the cushions. These swivel sling patio armchairs arrived well packaged. I thought it was going to be an easy assembly until I unpacked a bag full of unorganized hardware. That was disappointing as I felt I wasted fifteen minutes sorting screws, bolts, washers, etc… and trying to figure which ones were what “letter” on the assembly instructions. The assembly instructions were graphs only and a little hard to follow. There was a lot of frustration with tightening some of the screws and several screws got stripped which made it difficult to fully tighten parts of the chairs with the Allen wrench (that was provided). I ended up needing assistance on some parts of the assembly and it took a couple of hours to assemble the two chairs. Overall, the chairs are very comfortable and swivel easily. Pretty comfortable! I love these but the assembly was hard. You will need 2 people during most of the assembly. Take a picture of the hardware with labels BEFORE you open it! There is no way to open it without destroying some of the labels. Also, the hardware moves around in transit and is not always in the correct spot when you open it.
