I would have given a 5 because they are easy to put together, beautiful fabric, thick cushions and beautifully modern. But, the chairs sit a little low and aren't very deep. The chairs look nice and sturdy. Not too hard to put together. The color is brown. Definitely not gray. I included a picture next to my actual gray furniture. But the swatch is pretty accurate so I wasn’t really surprised. I thought the arms were gray but they aren’t. I took away one star because they are not very comfortable.
