Overall, a pretty nice bench. There were a couple of details that can be improved. It appears that there was some sort of glue on the upholstery. It stuck to the packing Styrofoam. I was able to get it off with some scrubbing. There were also areas that needed wood screws for attachment. The screws were too short and didn't tighten up. Great bench, arrived quickly and undamaged. Wood is medium colored as shown online (sorry my photo is backlit by a window and makes it look darker). Cushion is very firm do NOT recommend plopping down to test sitting. Double check the hardware before opening everything. We were missing a few long screws for the bottom, but had the right size at home and were able to substitute them in.
