I've had this vanity installed for about four months and overall I'm happy with it. The curved wood detailing gives it a more custom, high-end look than many other vanities at this price point, and it arrived well-packaged with no damage. The quality feels solid and sturdy, though it's not solid wood. My only real disappointment is the countertop. The quartz looks nice, but if you're used to natural stone, it's obvious that it isn't marble. Installation was mostly straightforward, although the included drain assembly wasn't compatible with our plumbing and had to be replaced. Customer service was great and reimbursed us for the extra expense. The drawers are one of my favorite features and make the vanity very functional for everyday use. We went with the classic white with gray veins in the marble top and the farmhouse look with the storage shelf underneath where she could put her baskets of bathroom material. As soon as she saw what we picked out for her, she knew it was the perfect piece that would definitely stand out in the newly remodeled bathroom. We went with a three hole faucet to give it more character and accent off the white marble top. The four drawers also provide more than enough room for her bathroom, toiletry and beauty products. They are also soft clothes and made of quality material. There’s definitely no downside to the purchase of this bathroom vanity as it’s exquisite and one of the better pieces we have come across in our long search. Our contractor opened the box and found that the sink had a crack running the length of the sink. We contacted the manufacturer through the Wayfair website. We heard back from the manufacturer within 24 hours and they told us that they would replace the sink. However, there is no way that one can separate the sink from the countertop. We called a Wayfair representative and within 24 hours Wayfair had reordered our item to replace the broken one. It arrived today and looks beautiful. I would rank the vanity 5 stars out of 5 stars and thank Wayfair for such prompt resolution of the problem; however, I ranked it 4 stars out of 5 because of the inconvenience of receiving the broken item. There should be quality control in regards to checking an item before packaging it. There was no evidence on the package that something was damaged in transit. We have ordered a lot of items from Wayfair and this was the first time we had a problem. We would definitely order from Wayfair again, especially with their customer support team!. Emily.
