This navy wallpaper depicts a hand drawn racetrack map with race cars, a pit lane, cones, tires, and a start line banner. The chalkboard mural style uses playful linework and motorsport details, and the layout reads as a racetrack wall mural and track map wallpaper. The illustration also includes a helicopter wall art element and a plane wall decor element, and the scene fits kids cars wallpaper styling. The set reads as race cars wallpaper, a motorsport wall art print, and a pit lane wall mural in one continuous design.

Looks great in my grandson's room. The only issue was the background is a dark blue and it looked as if it was black so I had painted the wall behind it black so you would not see the 6 inch border but you can.. Nikki. Old Town, FL. Sat Sep 12 2026

The M42 Command Truck is a member of the M-37 Dodge 3/4 ton 4x4 Truck Family (G-741). Its full nomenclature is Truck, Command, 3/4 ton 4x4, M-42. The Dodge M37 3/4-ton 4x4 truck (G741) was Dodge's follow-up to its successful WC Series from WWII. Introduced in 1951 it was used extensively by the United States armed forces during the Korean War. The Vintage Dodge M42 Command Model Truck is only slightly different from the base model M37 cargo truck. They are not manufactured as a separate model; rather the M42 Command Truck is created by modifying an M37 with the installation of a conversion kit. The M42 conversion kit consists of replacing the standard M37 canvas with these M42 components: Bodyside curtains with windows; split rear end curtains; map light; folding table; the regular canvas tarp was rolled up on the sides, secured with leather straps, to expose the side curtains; the window panels were made of a non-reflecting plastic material; sources differ on the provision of an entry step ladder for the M42 Command Truck. When the M42 kit is installed, an M42 data plate is added to the M37 dash. Trucks configured as the M42 Command Truck were also converted back to the M37 configuration. According to TM 9-8031-2 Change 3 dated 29 January 1968, all references to the M42 Command Truck in the manual were deleted.

In 1933, a new 8-cylinder Lycoming-powered cab, the Model T, was introduced. It featured full-length running boards, traditional headlights and unusual circular inserts over its otherwise traditional hood louvers. Our 1933 Checker Model T Taxi Cab model is handmade out of metal. It features many intricate parts such as fenders, wheels, hood, grills, taxi sign, and a signature 1933 license plate. It measures about 14 inches long by 6 inches wide and has a scale of 1:8. This Model T is an iconic piece that was placed in the famous Harrah’s collection and eventually found its way to the Auburn-Cord-Duesenberg Museum in Auburn, Indiana. It will make a perfect gift to display in your home or office! History: In the 1900s, there were two dominant taxi companies in Chicago, checker taxi, and yellow cab company. Checker taxi became the first cab company to hire African-American drivers and first to require that drivers pick up all fares, not just European-American ones. Yellow cab company was sold to Parmelee transportation company which made Parmelee, which includes yellow cab and checker taxi, the largest cab company in the united states in 1940.
