Many professional art dealers and curators love this style of hanging, and now you can have it in your home. Custom floater frames from P&L Art will light up your wall!

Featuring durable, aluminum frames, these especially solid frames protect your photos and are resilient to breakage. The floating effect works by sandwiching your artwork between two panes of plexiglass that hold the piece in place, while suspending it. Requiring no mat, the border around the edge of your artwork is transparent and will blend into the wall, creating a seamless effect with your decor. Shipped in the proprietary packaging that protects in case of knocks and bumps along the way to your door.

The frame itself was good. Measurements as stated don't explain the full picture. If your canvas is more than 3/4 inch thick, it will protrude out from the frame. Had to go to You Tube to understand how to assemble a floater frame. Instructions included are not helpful. CAUTION: If you use reward points in addition to your credit card, Wayfair will make you pay for return shipping, even if you are a rewards member. Ridiculous, but true.. Lilli. Highland, CA. Beautiful! Very much like the product photos on the website (my camera makes it appear darker than it is in real life). The frame is very lightweight but decent quality, with off-white wood-like marbling. The “glass” is very clear and does not warp, looks very authentic, although it is plastic. The first one arrived broken due to shipping so Wayfair was kind enough to fully replace it immediately. Super happy about how it has transformed my bathroom, 5 stars!. Denys. New York, NY. Layered framing gives a small piece more presence than its footprint suggests, with panels set at different depths behind one border. An MDF frame keeps that border slim and consistent all the way around. Keyhole hardware on the back sets it flush, whether it hangs alone or joins three or four others in a grouping.

This is one of the many pieces from JM which completes my zen-spa update to our hall bath. The frame is a nice substantial piece and fits perfectly. Note the images pictured come with the frame - a plus for me. Although, they were slightly tilted so I had to readjust, so also note you can change the image out but keep the glass cleaner near. A bit of a delicate touch to access the glass and not break anything.. Robert. Sat Jul 08 2023
