The indoor grill features a high searing temperature of 450°F that locks in juices and flavor and makes everything you sear — steak, burgers, fish, chicken and pork chops — taste delicious. Best of all, food won't stick to the grill plate since it has a nonstick surface. The Hamilton Beach Electric Indoor Searing Grill is easy to use so you can grill with confidence. To sear food, simply plug it in and turn the temperature dial all the way up to sear. When the Hamilton Beach Electric Indoor Searing Grill reaches 450°F, the green indicator light will glow. When you want to use a lower grilling temperature or grill small pieces of food, the searing grill has adjustable temperature control and a special grilling section on the right for small portions.
