I am a lover of beautiful dishware but after a few sets being beautiful and broken by my husband and kids I decided to try these. They are heavy and most people can't even tell they are melamine - we were entertaining the other day and a mom asked if I had any paper plates for her kids because she didn't want them to break my beautiful plates. 5 stars! Just be careful if you are trying to expand your set buying the individual place settings won't match.. Megan D.. Wed Jul 24 2024

Beautiful coastal designs in shades of aqua and blue decorate Certified International’s “Beachcomber “ bamboo fiber dinnerware and serveware by Andrea Tachiera. Gaze upon this breathtaking dinnerware set from Certified International, a harmonious marriage of sustainability and artistry. Comprising 12 exquisite pieces, each item is masterfully crafted from a unique blend of 70% bamboo and 30% melamine. The bamboo lends an earthy touch, embodying the essence of nature, while the melamine ensures durability, promising you many memorable meals to come.

Pretty pattern and no scratches or any other detractions. It's unfortunate that melamine /bamboo can't be put in the dishwasher (the plates are too big for the upper rack and my dishwasher doesn't have a low temp setting). However, for outdoor "plastic" ware, it's certainly a nice set. Wish I could find the corresponding platter and serving bowls.. Anne. Kitchener, ON. Tue Aug 11 2026

Organic shapes and artisanal designs merge flawlessly on this Blue Bay set. Made from hardworking melamine, the lightweight pieces stand up to kids, poolside parties, and daily duty with carefree ease befitting boho style.

Really nice set, just what I was looking for. I purchased open box since I'm a bargain hound, and everything is perfect except for one issue. Apparently in pickup and delivery process, the box was roughly handled with the end result being the lovely, handled platter/tray, was in pieces. The box was a bit rough looking, but I was optimistic. So sad to hear the rattle of broken pieces when I picked up the box, and very sad that the platter didn't survive.. Judy. Vancouver, WA.
