So very disappointed in this greenhouse purchase. The metal is VERY thin. Bolts and plates are already rusting. Hasnt even been a month yet. Finished setting it up around Sept. 19, 2026 as we still had to finish prepping the area when it arrived. Wish I had sent it back before we even attempted to put it together. But we were hoping it would be sturdy once it was built. I bought it because it said heavy duty, price was good, had a 4+ review and wind rating was higher then most. We are retired, on a fixed income, so I try to be smart with big purchases. There's ALOT of room for improvement.. Lulu. FL. Mon Oct 05 2026

This walk-in polycarbonate greenhouse features a slide-in panel system with included tools for up to 40% faster, 35% safer assembly. Its 4mm UV-blocking panels and corrosion-resistant aluminum frame offer all-season protection. An adjustable roof vent ensures accurate airflow and humidity control, while an integrated rain gutter promotes efficient drainage and eco-friendly water collection. Backed by 24/7 customer support.

This product description does not match what comes in the box. There is nothing heavy duty about it. The panels are suppose to be slip-in, but instead w-clips are included for securing the panels. AI searches on this greenhouse indicate no w-clips are used with the models advertised as using the slide-in panel technology. I was very disappointed. Also, it is essentially impossible to speak to anyone at Wayfair or Garvee about a specific product.. Anonymous. Sat Oct 03 2026

A smart gutter system manages water, while an adjustable roof vent optimizes airflow for plant health. Includes stakes for both soft soil and concrete surfaces. Greenhouse is great for the price. A lot of complaints about the instructions for these greenhouses but I don't understand why. The instructions are numbered by step and the parts are bundled and labeled with stickers that match the steps. Arrived in good condition with all parts needed to complete assembly. Assembly does take a while (7 hours for me) so expect to set aside a full day to complete. I was able to do 90% of the assembly by myself and just needed a second person on a few things (roof). Need a very calm day with little to no wind as the greenhouse isn't really stable until most of it is together. Once it is fully assembled two adults can pick up and move easily. As for the ground stakes that come with the greenhouse, they are a joke, but that wasn't a surprise to me. Really need to anchor the greenhouse in concrete, otherwise the wind would most likely destroy it. I poured 6 15 inch deep anchors and used 12 inch all thread and washers/nuts, which I installed before I poured the concrete anchors. Shouldn't move now.. Anonymous. Del City, OK. Fri Apr 17 2026

Great kit with quality parts and wonderful customer service. Make sure you clearly sort and label everything before you begin. Also have your foundation ready as it takes longer than you think. You should go to the Palram website and download the instruction manual before your order arrives and get prepared. For us, there was no way we could have put this kit up in half a day and we're still chuckling about that! We were stumped a couple of times, but customer service support from Palram easily helped us each time. It came out perfectly and I would easily give it five stars, but there are are a few things I would do differently on a Greenhouse of this quality and also . . . the kit instructions . . . a few extra words would have helped greatly instead of 99% photo instructions. Now on to planting!. Cassandra. Prescott, AZ. Tue May 10 2016

1. Latches on the door are difficult to install 2. Instructions are not clear and need more written details . Suggestions 1. prewrap windows 2. Minimize pieces 3. Create a video that walks customers through steps by step Took 11 hours to complete with 2 people Overall it is a nice build, sturdy . The quality of the materials are okay but not great quality. But will get the job done. Like that everything is pre drilled and numbered. The most difficult part was the lack of instructions. Jeannie. Midlothian, TX. Fri Dec 05 2025
