They are beautiful, substantial, have tons of storage, and feel very sturdy. The white finish with the darker wood top looks even better in person. Fair warning though assembly is a PROJECT. The first desk took us about 5 hours, and even knowing exactly what we were doing, the second still took about 4 hours. I would absolutely recommend having two people, plenty of space, and a whole lot of patience. That being said, the instruction manual was surprisingly clear and helpful. There are simply a LOT of pieces and steps involved. Once assembled, though Worth it. They look like much more expensive pieces of furniture and completely transformed our homeschool room. I especially love all of the drawers, cabinets, shelving, and built-in desktop outlets. If you’re willing to survive the assembly process, I highly recommend them. I really like the desk. I've got all my books and art supplies in the hutch as well as a few vain trinkets on display up on the highest shelf with more space for storage throughout. The seven desk drawers fit just about everything I could need within arm's reach. Desk itself is sturdy, it doesn't shake around while I'm writing, doesn't feel flimsy and there are adjustable feet at the bottom to level it out. I really like this desk it's perfect for my use has plenty of space so I don't feel cluttered. My husband assembled the desk he said it went ok took him about 2 hours the only reason for the 4 star review is when he was putting together the "Overlay" the screws didn't come with it he had to stop and make a quik run to our local hardware store to purchase the screws the only con is the cabinets at the top doesn't come with handles to open them my husband is going to drill some holes to add handles for me. I like that it comes with a key for the drawers and there's space in the back to hide cords fits perfectly in my home office otherwise I'm glad I made this purchase Thanks Wayfair!. Tammie.
