Beautiful and sturdy – with just a few flaws that are possibly only flaws w this particular bench. One leg had a slight crack near the top, and the surface of the bench shows a little bit on evenness at the center where the two bench pieces connect when putting it together. See photo. There is also a chipped area that we will need to sand down to avoid splinters. Other than these flaws, I do recommend this bench for the fact that it is very natural looking well also being lightweight enough to move back-and-forth – especially when multiple people are seated.. Hannah. Sat Oct 24 2026

If I could give this purchase a negative I would. Do not buy this bench. It was sent wrapped in bubble wrap. One layer of bubble wrap. It’s filthy, and continues to drop rotting wood on the floor also unusable bc it will get on clothing if you brush past it. It has marker on it and doesn’t come off. It’s uneven and doesn’t sit straight in the floor. Cracks are irreparable and poorly made. And the most frustrating part is it damaged, and wayfair wants me to go buy new bubble wrap and wrap it up to return it. There’s hunks of square pieces of wood that actually can be picked up and removed from the bench, like a puzzle piece. Customer service was lousy with helping to resolve the problem. Nothing but a headache for a bench I was really looking forward to having. Get it somewhere else. I asked to have a replacement bench sent and they said no! I have videos of the bench literally coming apart. Do nothing buy this.. Pauline. Reading, PA. Wed May 25 2022
