Shipping was efficient, and packaging was beyond expectations. The stools are not terribly comfortable, as the fingers do push into you your back, so you cannot really sit fully back. One of the two purchased had a base that was quite uneven, and pads had to be placed to even it out so the stool would not rock back and forth. These are nice quality stools with the perfect champagne gold finish, not brassy or shiny. The only thing is that the hide seats all vary. I only got one with the grey and cream like I was hoping for and the other 3 are more white/cream all over. There are wrinkles and imperfections in the hide which is to be expected.
