Very simple to put together. Getting the covers on the cushions was a little tricky but after doing two I figured it out quickly.To get rid of the wrinkles others have mentioned,as you are zipping the covers reach inside and adjust the cushion.Try to make sure all corners are filled. Also I bought some strips of velcro to make sure the cushions stay in place. Oh make sure you have a person help with getting the back put in. It makes it a little easier. The underside of the cushions is not upholstered. Seams are obvious generally, but especially so around the nail-head assembly of the arms. If your looking for a plump rolled arm that's nice to lay your head on, this will disappoint -- as will the interior padding and throw pillows. The pillow-fringe is sparse. The fabric feels thin and rough to the touch. It's advertised as a synthetic/cotton mix, but it's hard to feel the cotton. Not a piece around which to center a room or color-scheme. The love seats are lovely. They are a bit hard to sit on and with three pillows, one can barely fit two people. I found the dimensions on the website to lead me to believe that a sofa would be way to big, but now, I see the love seat smaller than I thought. They are beautiful, the cushions a stand out.
