This box will provide years of durable service, enhancing your life and property value. Made to fit an 8" grower’s pot with plenty of room for root growth.

These window boxes are exceptionally attractive, perfect for adding your own trim, colors or design. We ordered three, one for the front of our house on which my husband painted freehand Swedish folk art and two for our backyard shed that we painted to match the trim on our house. Compared to many of the window boxes found in garden centers and building supply stores, these at Wayfair are deeper, thereby providing plenty of room for the growth of healthy roots. They tend to be wider, as well, likely giving you ample space for an abundance of trailing blossoms. Our having lived in a small European village for three years while my husband served in the U.S. Air Force probably has a lot to do with our love for window boxes. In our village, it was rare to see a house without several flower-filled window boxes and because we followed the local custom and bought and planted our own as one of the first things we did after unpacking, we think that that may have been part of the reason we were so readily accepted by our neighbors. Window boxes add so much warmth to the appearance of a home; it makes me wonder why the trend hasn’t become more prevalent here in our own country.. Arlene Maccaden. The Great Plains, CO. Rustic charm is accentuated with the simple yet refined craftsmanship of vintage planter box. Use this functional creation for a table centerpiece, stylish storage holder or plant container. The opportunities are as endless as your creativity.

This rectangular planter box offers a simple way to refresh your patio, balcony, or backyard with flowers, herbs, or seasonal greens. It’s made from sturdy, pre-stained cedar wood that’s naturally resistant to weather, fading, and rot for long-lasting outdoor use. The framed plank design adds structure, while the open-top box shape gives plants space to grow. Built-in drainage at the bottom helps promote healthy roots, and a non-woven liner keeps soil neatly contained. We love that it brings the joy of planting to small outdoor spaces without the need (or room) for a full garden.

This planter was perfect for what I needed! It was very easy to put together and has been outside for months and still looks fantastic!. Lana. Pell City, AL. Mon Oct 05 2026

These boxes aren’t just for windows. Try attaching these beautiful planters to patio walls, fences, gates, and even mailboxes. Made to fit 6" grower’s pot, with plenty of room for root growth.

These boxes are very solid and I like that they’re made from cedar, not pine. I chose to prime and paint mine but imagine the cedar would weather nicely if left unpainted. They come with screws and an easy hanging bar on the back. Overall pretty pleased with this purchase.. Anne. Concord, MA. Sun Jun 14 2026

Add curb appeal to a front porch, create a container garden, or decorate with seasonal plantings on a balcony or deck. They looked great all fall and winter and continue to cheer up the deck as summer rages. We chose the copper ones, and they still look like new. The plants seem to be happy.. Anonymous. Tue Jul 04 2023

When you have been working for a long time, a touch of green in the yard will greatly relieve your fatigue. This is our outdoor flower planter box which has a large capacity and is perfect for your growing needs. You can choose to add the soil directly into the pot or you can use it as a flowerpot holder and place properly sized flower pots in it. The design of the drainage hole at the bottom of the pot helps to remove excess water from the soil and prevents the roots from rotting when it is prolonged soaking. This can allow you to take better care of the plants you grow, which will also be more conducive for plants to grow better. By planting different kinds of flowers in one planter, you can create a small indoor garden that only belongs to yourself. Add warmth and comfort to your dreary space and let your impetuous heart get healing and relief.

We stained ours and they look great!. Heather. Wisconsin. Mon May 20 2024

Giclee´ (jee-clay) is an advanced printmaking process for creating high quality fine art reproductions. The attainable excellence that Giclee´ printmaking affords makes the reproduction virtually indistinguishable from the original piece. The result is wide acceptance of Giclee´ by galleries, museums, and private collectors. Gallery wrap is a method of stretching an artist's canvas so that the canvas wraps around the sides and is secured a hidden, wooden frame. This method of stretching and preparing a canvas allows for a frameless presentation of the finished artwork.

These planter boxes were for a housewarming gift for a new homeowner. We were very excited to take them to the new home and fill them with plants and brighten the rooms, so we ordered several. The issue was not with the planter boxes themselves, but with Wayfair... The items arrived and two of them were clearly NOT "new" and had black and brown handprints on the outside of the white planters which would not come off, from dirt and/or soot in battered boxes. The other items were fine, but we could not start/finish the project as all of the planters were not usable. We had to scramble and find 6 replacement boxes locally and settle for what we could find which did not match. Trying to deal with the RUDE Wayfair rep to remedy this was even more frustrating. We ended up keeping the boxes due to not wanting to deal with anyone from wayfair again and losing out on hundreds of dollars for the mistake. Planters are perfectly fine (if you actually receive them NEW as represented). Wayfair? Not so much.... V. US. Fri Feb 16 2024

I am OBSESSED with these! I've loved window boxes since living in Germany in the 1990s but always had a hard time finding ones to fit my deck railings. I've done the wire holder with plastic box and they just looked blah. These look amazing! I can't wait until the grass grows tall and petunias and sweet potato vines spill over. I ended up also buying the supporting deck railing brackets because I worried about the composite balusters not being able to support such a heavy box when weighted with wet soil.. Maria. MA. When using outdoors, before planting, invert the container and remove the rubber stopper. Store the rubber stopper in a safe place to use at the end of the growing season. Removing the stopper will allow water to properly drain from the Countryside planter. For additional soil aeration, add a soil amendment such as perlite, small stones, or clay pieces to the bottom—and up to 1/3—of the container.
