This rocking chair is very oversized and has a really nice, fluffy cushion. The assembly directions weren’t as clear as some of the other Wayfair items I’ve purchased, and the bolts weren’t labeled. The pictures of the bolts also didn’t match the actual ones, which made assembly a little confusing. That being said, the chair is surprisingly comfortable! My only complaint is that the cushion makes the chair pretty hot, so if you tend to get warm easily, you may want to consider something else. Our chair naturally accommodates a sitting position and allows reclining up to 110°. When rocking, the angle ranges from 80° to 130°. Love the chair. I chose to build it on my own because I usually do a good job. The instructions had one falicy in that I had trouble deciding at the start, the front from the back. I did a great job, only backwards. Taking everything apart took tremendous time, but I did achieve my goal. Seems like the manufactures spend more time showing what is in the package than writing good instructions on how to do the job. I take full responsibility, but wish for better instructions. I bought this so I could rock and cuddle with my 3 year old. Love the concept as a wide rocker, but not excessively wide. And the recliner feature is great too. However, the engineering for the rocking motion is off. It is super fast (slightly less than a rock back and forth each second, but cost). No one would find that relaxing.
