Its a great chair. Nice build. Heavy box delivery, takes at least two people, unless you disassemble it wherever it is placed. Upon construction, sliding the back wing pieces on was a bit frustrating, but once they were in place, everything was good to go. The phone/tablet holder is a nice added touch and it's even better that it's reasonably removable! For those who like heat, this baby HEATS UP! My dad is cold always, he sat in it and turned it on and forgot to turn it off. Within 5 minutes after sitting back down, my back was toasted beyond my liking... I do not like added heat, I'm a warmblooded person...but if that's you're thing, this baby does heat up. I won't be using that feature. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. The fabric is nice on this recliner. It rocks which is nice. It was fairly easy to put together except the arms were a challenge. The massage is nice. The three stars are because it will only put the feet up and the head down at the same time. There is no adjustment for just putting your feet up or the back down. I had to add an ottoman for my feet if I want to have them up but be upright on the back. It makes it very inconvenient. It did not say this anywhere in the description or I would have gotten a different chair. If you don't mind the reclining and feet up in the same motion, then it is a nice chair.. Deborah. I’m happy with this swivel rocker recliner with heat and massage. Assembly was very easy which is always a huge plus. I have been looking for a swivel recliner with all the functions for a while. Having heat in the winter after a long cold day is an extra bonus. As expected, the massage is more of a vibration but still a nice feature. I wouldn’t say it is oversized, which is perfect for me. The controls were easy to attach. There are 5 wired but obvious where they go by color code. It does require 2 plug outlets so assume you’ll need a power strip if you have anything else (like a light) nearby. The arm rests aren’t the sturdiest as they are zipped and velcroid into place. I bought two of these and they are so comfy…amazing. This is my 3rd lift chair that I’ve purchased from Wayfair, and by far my favorite. There is more padding in the seat and leg area, no bare wood anymore. I absolutely love it. The only reason I gave it a 4-star is because it won’t allow the back of the chair to stay forward when reclining the legs.
