Its a great chair. Nice build. Heavy box delivery, takes at least two people, unless you disassemble it wherever it is placed. Upon construction, sliding the back wing pieces on was a bit frustrating, but once they were in place, everything was good to go. The phone/tablet holder is a nice added touch and it's even better that it's reasonably removable! For those who like heat, this baby HEATS UP! My dad is cold always, he sat in it and turned it on and forgot to turn it off. Within 5 minutes after sitting back down, my back was toasted beyond my liking... I do not like added heat, I'm a warmblooded person...but if that's you're thing, this baby does heat up. I won't be using that feature. This is a great chair. The rocking and swivel are so smooth and no noises or squeaks at all. The foot rest is a little stiff to push down with my legs but that should get better with time. The chair is comfortable and silent as advertised. So easy to put together. Unfortunately the packing was not strongsturdy enough for the weight of the chair and it arrived damaged with the box destroyed. The arm pulled away from the base. It’s a heavy piece and there was no reinforcement of the box. Thankfully it looks fixable and we have the tools and skills to fix it.
