I could not be more impressed with a set of chairs for this price! They easily look and feel like they cost double. They are extremely well made, easy to put together, and the slip covers fit like a GLOVE! I love the slip cover look and skirting! They made my house look instantly more comfy. Some people said the seat was firm, I definitely don’t think it’s too firm. I think it’s just the right feel to be able to sit and not feel like you’re sinking when you’re having a conversation with someone. This is still shipping with the swivel platform mounted upside down the delivery team had no idea. I had them look at it because of all the customer reviews. We discovered that if the wheels face the floor and you see a silver screw poking out of the center of the platform, you’ve got to remove the entire bottom, with the 3 hex bolts on the long platform bars, and flip it so the wheels face the bottom of the chair. Once you fix that, the chair swivels smoothly and slides easily (and harmlessly) on my tile floors area rugs! Be sure you get both small pillows as one of mine almost got lost in all the packing materials. I’m giving it 4 stars because of this issue, and I expected it to be a little more cushy.. This chair is a nice oversized shape and true to dimensions. Color is a warmer white and cozy. The seat is firm, but not uncomfortable, but it’s not a plush feeling. Assembly would be easier with 2 people but I was able to do it on my own, but it did take about 1-2 hours.
