These racks have worked very well in my garage above the garage door. The ceiling in my garage was not tall enough to put drop down racks, so these keep the bins close to the ceiling. I still had to switch to 17 gallon bins, as the 27 gallon bins were too tall for my garage. That was no fault of the racks, just my garage ceiling is not very tall avocet the garage door.
