This product Magnetic shelf for over the stove is secure and made of thick solid silicone it does not get hot or transfer heat to ingredients stored. Sturdy and wide enough to hold a lot of spices. Its more ideal than a metal one so it could be washed and not rust or get totally gunked up.Shelf for over the stove clings to the top of the stove so there is no movement or possibility of anything falling off. Great for the gap or flat top ovens.
