The organizer arrived on time and was easy to assemble. It feels sturdy overall, and the steel frame seems solid. However, I was disappointed because the photos and product description made me think the entire organizer was made of steel. In reality, only the frame is steel, while the shelves are made of a mesh fabric basket material. This hanging rack is high quality and easy to assemble. The directions are clear. The only things that are a bit strange are the hanging hooks are just hooks so arent affixed with anything but gravity, and the baskets dont all line up with the hardware in exactly the same orientation-- just aesthetic, doesnt affect the function..
