Marketed as 12 hooks but top hooks don’t curve so hats fall off. Bottom hooks say 6 but with hat brims you can only use every other hook. The organizer arrived on time and was easy to assemble. It feels sturdy overall, and the steel frame seems solid. However, I was disappointed because the photos and product description made me think the entire organizer was made of steel. In reality, only the frame is steel, while the shelves are made of a mesh fabric basket material. It is nice looking and we love that it holds so much, especially living in a small apartment. it took a long time to put together, but mostly because it was so complicated. The instructions were pretty clear, as these things go. Couple minor complaints: 1) Our bathroom has a bit of a smell with it newly installed. I'm sure this will go away but a little concerning that it is off-gassing. 2) One of the doors arrived with a flaw, the coating was coming off, which is super disappointing.
