The drawers aren’t truly soft close, but that’s fine. The amount of storage is just right for our purposes—allowing us to store towels on the bottom shelf is key. We love it. Love this vanity! The wood color is definitely darker than the pics but I still think it goes great with my Coretec cairo oak floors. The top has beautiful veining and it came with a backsplash (that was important to me). Overall very satisfied. Just expect it a darker brown. Edited to add: After using this in a spare bathroom, the countertop is extremely sensitive. It leaves marks/stains so easily. Anything left overnight and not cleaned up right away leaves a mark.
