I wanted a solid wood vanity for my bathroom renovation, and I needed a left offset sink, so this fit the bill nicely. Soft-close doors and drawers work well, although they are a little shallow imo. I can't knock it for that, and I wish the handles were black, but they look nice with the delta nicoli faucet I paired it with in matte black. The marble top keeps it from being too industrial and cold, but it isn't the warmest option out there with the ashen cast on the wood. We've used this vanity 3 years and it still looks great! Yes, the marble top needs to be sealed with an impregnator as all natural stone tops require.
