I was absolutely amazed to find this privacy rod for a VERY reasonable price. Had thought of having one made locally but for the cost of this we couldn’t justify making our own. It is surrounding a bird cage to eliminate drafts and also retain body heat on chillier nights (a medium sulfur-created Cockatoo doesn’t generate much heat) and getting rings and thermal curtains to complete this project was so simple ince we had the hanging portion and hardware determined. (There is a high-sided inflatable pool under the cage at it’s base to catch wood toy splinters and food crumbs to keep the area neater - covered in white sheets to protect against harmful UV rays.) We purchased these to hang up sheer curtains on each of our French doors and found them to be some of the best we’ve encountered.
