I’ve bought a few runner sizes and the rugs are absolutely beautiful, super soft, stay put on hardwood, and easy to care for! They come folded, not rolled and it only takes about a week and a few vacuums to get the creases out. They are very lightweight so I put weights on two corners when vacuuming them. The rug is beautiful, exactly as pictured and will look great in my room. The only disappointment is that your preparation process for shipping lacks care. The rug should be rolled around some kind of tubing to prevent creases and folds from occurring. They appear to have occurred during your rolling process and sealed in tightly when wrapped. I am using all the hints online to remove them but are stubbornly resistant. This rug is very nice, it’s very thin, so to vacuum it you have to put the vacuum on the lowest setting. I like that it has the rubbery coating on back to keep it from scooting around.
