This roaster allows you to completely cook ribs in under an hour. It has an internal roasting rack that elevate ribs off the bottom of the roaster allowing them to steam in their own juices or other flavored liquids.

I had wanted to replace my old roasting pan for a while and when I saw Anolon had theirs on sale, I jumped on it.
