Healthy and 100% non-toxic: make without PFAS, PFOA, PFOS, lead and cadmium for an eco-friendly, healthy experience.

Nice pan! I gave it a 4 Star rating only for the fact that I was expecting it to be a little more weighted. Over all it’s a pretty solid pan.. Veronica. US. Thu Oct 22 2026

Whole fish is easy to cook and hard to serve intact. The Alva Energy 13.4-Inch Oval Ceramic Nonstick Fish Pan is shaped for the problem — long and oval so a whole sea bass or two large fillets lie flat, and shallow so a spatula can get right underneath without folding the fish in half. The multi-layer ceramic surface releases delicate skin cleanly with very little oil, and pour spouts on both sides let you tip off cooking liquid or pour a butter sauce without a mess down the outside. A recycled aluminium core heats fast and evenly, so the tail does not overcook while the middle is still raw. Works on gas, electric, ceramic, glass and induction. The handle is not oven safe, so keep this pan on the cooktop. Hand wash recommended, with a little oil and low to medium heat. Made without intentionally added PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, lead or cadmium. Backed by a 5-year limited warranty.

This is a great pan. It heats evenly and is completely non stick for easy clean up. I thought it was an odd shape but it's perfect for eggs, bacon and everything else you would make in a circular frying pan. My only problem is the handle. I couldn't figure out how to attach it properly so it's wobbly when I move it, like it feels like it's going to fall off. I don't have any reason to move the pan when I'm cooking so it's not really an issue but I thought I should mention it.. Elle. Portland, OR. Wed May 10 2023

Great pan. Looks great. Easy to clean. Olyne. Seminole, FL. Tue May 12 2026

Perfect for 1 dish meal. This 12" non-stick hard anodized everyday frying pan fits generous filets of beef, chicken, and fish.

Love this pan! I’ve used it everyday since buying it. So easy to clean and truly non stick.. Marlyn. Brooklyn, NY. Sat Sep 26 2026

Serve fresh fish directly from the oven to the table: For example, you can gently cook flavourful fish in the cast-iron serving dish from the Staub series and then serve it right to the table afterwards. The oval, elegant design in black draws all attention to your fish dishes in a stylish manner. The serving dish can hold up to 0.7 litres and has an attractive appearance thanks to the lid’s striking brass knob. The lid is also equipped with small nubs to redistribute accumulating condensation to the fish, so that it remains juicy during cooking and the flavours can develop fully. All in all, the dish is 36 cm long (including the handles), 8.4 cm high and 20 cm wide. Like the rest of the cookware from Staub, this oval serving dish stands out because of its modern take on classical French kitchen design. The material is robust and easy to clean, allowing you to easily cook dishes such as fresh fish for friends and family and present it to them in true style.

It’s a beautiful and functional enameled cast iron pan. Love the Staub brand. Clean up is very easy. Used it daily since buying, for both fish and vegetables. Couldn’t resist adding the knob as well.. Amaya. Bayonne, NJ. Mon Jun 15 2026
