This Bachman extendable dining table is just what we needed! It's expensive but the quality is very good. It is a solid wood indeed and it fits perfectly in our space. We needed something that will work for our not so big dining area for everyday use but can be extended to use when there's a big gathering. We got a different set of dining chairs coz we needed more back support and this table and its bench matched perfectly with the different chairs we got. This purchase was big enough that full service assembly was free from the Wayfair guys so that was really helpful. It's quite heavy too. My husband and I absolutely love the look and how versatile the design is. If you want to achieve a modern, timeless or even farmhouse vibe in your house, this will fit your needs! 10/10 recommend. . John-mark. Howell, MI. Wed Sep 30 2026

This mid-century modern extendable dining table effortlessly transforms from 41” round to 78” oval with 2 leaves, seating 2–8 guests for daily use or large gatherings. Featuring a fluted base, hidden under-top storage, smooth metal slide rails and sturdy construction, it combines timeless style with practical function. Easy to clean and assemble, this versatile oval table elevates your dining room, kitchen or living room with elegant stability and organized convenience.

This extendable dining table features a classic pedestal base that easily adjusts to accommodate family meals and weekend gatherings. Crafted from solid rubberwood, it pairs timeless design with day-to-day functionality in your dining space. The central butterfly leaf mechanism seamlessly expands the surface space to seat up to six people for casual dinners or special occasions. When retracted, the compact profile keeps your room feeling open and uncrowded. It also features a sturdy turned column that provides balanced support across the entire base.

Assembly was a little tricky because the leaf did not align with the pre-drilled holes. Moving the hardware fixed this. There is a little crack right in the middle of the leaf which was there upon arrival but a centerpiece can cover this up. All in all I like the look of the table. Julie. Fri Jul 10 2026

Design with flexibility. Finished in a warm toasted walnut, an oval acacia tabletop, cone-tapered legs and iron detailing speak to Scandinavian modernism. Expansion from 84" to 104" means more space when company calls.

Great table! It arrived in perfect condition. The legs are screw-in so they install quickly. I'm going to use my table as a desk as well as for meals, so I wanted a table with legs for extra stability, and I was surprised to find out it's difficult to find a 40-42" table with legs that doesn't look extremely basic. Table is the perfect size for my dining room. It opens up easy. The leaves have a great locking mechanism and are very sturdy. I just wish it had a way to store the leaves within the table, but they are large so I understand that’s not a possibility considering the utility of the dining room table. Overall, very happy with the table and delivery and assembly was great. Raúl and Jorddys were so professional and quick!. Leilani. Fri Oct 23 2026
