Gorgeous! But there were too many damaged, scratched, or shattered crystals. However, one call to Wayfair and a replacement was made. Although the crystals are well packaged in boxes, the film between crystals does not prevent them from hitting each other during transport. Once the replacement was assembled, it was definitely GLAMOROUS! I highly recommend especially since Wayfair is so helpful resolving issues. Ordered two similar pendants for kitchen island. This is a beautiful fixture. I bought the 48" which I think it is too big for the 14' x 15' room and think the 36" would have been better. We're going to have it raised closer to the 10' ceiling hoping that will help. We do wish that it would dim just a bit more, also. That's another reason we think the 36" would be a better size.
