This package arrived severely damaged, and the damage transferred to one of the fan blades. It was very disappointing but we had people coming to sit on the patio and did not have a way to replace it. There was also a step missing in instructions which resulted in having to take it back down and backtrack (even for this very experienced installer.) Love the look of this fan, so just a half star each for the two issues. If your package arrives undamaged and you find the missing instruction before installing, then you'll be fine.
