This chair is very comfortable and a delight. Assembly really requires prior experience with schematics and understanding basic aspects of hardware. However, as the pics show, the upper/seat section is out of alignment with the lower/base portion; it's pushed to one side. That results in the upper frame knocking against the rear black glide "dog bone" part. I don't understand what would cause this skewing. I kept all fasteners not-tight until everything was assembled. Fortunately the knocking only occurs if I glide far enough forward, which is actually beyond my typical glide length. But I have to take a star away because of this.. Bart. Boulder, CO. This is a great swing. It was fairly easy to put together, although it's helpful to have 2 people for some of it. There is a small dent in the top bar, but not bad enough to send back. I love this set. I looks great and is very comfortable. It also contained all parts and assembly hardware which is never a given. The set gets 5 stars and the directions that came with it get none. It took 5 hours for me and a friend to assemble when it should have taken 2. We had to take it apart and start over twice. No written instructions, only pictures.
