Slightly tough to build, shed came in 8 boxes, and took 2 people about 6 hours, but quality is rock solid with the metal reinforcement and a lot of screws. Window is just on one side, you need to pick which side. Just beautiful light color to it though that blended with our house and we are very happy with it so far.. Mark. Chicago, IL. Mon Sep 28 2026

Difficult to assemble but worth it!. Rosemary. Palatka, FL. Fri Sep 04 2026

Easily add storage space and value to your property with an outsunny shed. This outside storage shed has distinct advantages over traditional wooden models, making it a much more attractive choice. A steel shed offers more weather endurance and better protection from hazards such as fire. Add much-needed storage space to your property, and add this backyard storage shed by Outsunny.

Assembly was fine. Quality is what I expected for the price. My only complaint is the door is already curling in a way that creates gaps. Is not a deal breaker. Also be aware that the floor dimensions are a couple inches wider and longer than a 4x 8 ply board which is quite inconvenient. Juliana. Gallup, NM. Sun Jun 14 2026

The Suncast 8x10 Shed is a nice addition to our property for our storage needs. I will admit the process of putting together the shed was not as easy as other reviews had suggested (however that is probably user error). Having a level base is extremely important as any uneven surface will cause the roofing and doors to not align as needed and will create some issues while putting it together. Overall for price and size this shed is worth it. My only other suggestion would be to anchor it down to protect against adverse weather.. Anonymous. Cheshire County, NH. Tue May 05 2026

This shed fit the size I needed. Overall it’s a good product but the pictorial instructions were a bit hard to discern in a few parts. Some of the pictures were a tad small and a few portions had part numbers reversed from what was on the part.. Gary. PA. Sun Jul 19 2026

I ordered two of these myself and a friend of mine installed them on a wooden platform that we built. We tied them down to the ground with under pinning and they have survived already two major hurricanes with 80 and 100 mile per hour winds. These are nice and roomy on the inside. They blend in great with the backdrop of the woods around my house with the light top color and without having any electricity nearby, the skylight that runs down the middle provides ample light on the inside.. The reinforced roof system supports up to 1400 lbs (10' x 6') or 2300 lbs (12' x 8') of evenly distributed weight, while the anchored frame helps withstand winds up to Level 5 (31–38 MPH). Whether used as a storage solution, BBQ station, outdoor workspace, or backyard retreat, this versatile structure helps you organize more and enjoy more in the same footprint.

The building is a nice and convenient storage shed. It took one man about 10 hours to construct and I did not put the overhang on as I am using it as a chicken brooder. The construction was straight forward but there were parts where 2 people were necessary (the instruction manual tells you when this is necessary). Be careful as the edges of the metal building are sharp and can cut you easily. We live on a ridge and get periodic high winds. I will have to reinforce this building to keep it from blowing away, but that would be the case with all buildings like this. I will insulate and heat it as well, but the initial build was good and I am pleased with it being what it is. I would recommend it.. Debbie. Sun Jul 19 2026

Still working on assembly because ground had to be leveled. The nice thing about this shed is that you put it together 1 box at a time. It gives you a good way to do a little bit at a time over time. Easy instructions but definitely need 2 people. The panels have a wood grain look which is nice and takes away from the plastic look.. Nicole. Urbana, IL. Tue Jul 14 2026

It took a hot minute to put it together but it was simple to do once you read the instructions. I’m not sure if it will stand up against a South Dakota winter. Seems kind of flimsy.. Tracie. Wall, SD. Sat Sep 19 2026
